In everything you ever do, you're desiring to feel an outcome. Gratification, satisfaction, safety, happiness, pleasure, etc. But if you're not accepting all parts of yourself, then your energy system is not in integrity enough to accept miracles as they are trying to come your way. So you'll always grasp after dysfunctional addictions and vices or mental patterns like anxiety or stress or overwhelm or relational patterns of neediness and blame because you're constantly trying to fill your cup without realizing that it has a hole in the bottom. When you learn to accept all of yourself, you've learned to love yourself. Because acceptance = love.

In July 2018, I was Purpose Coaching full-time while I traveled the world. In meditation one morning I felt a strong inspiration to buy a one-way flight to Paris. The entire flight there, I wrote out the course curriculum outline for a program designed to teach everything that I had been teaching my 1:1 clients, who were having massive transformation in the area of confident self-expression. In the Parisian countryside, I filmed the first 25 videos of the Love Leadership Course. I then took a flight to Prague to connect with my Chech heritage, where I filmed the final 25 videos of the Love Leadership Program. To this day it is the most comprehensive set of my teachings, and it has helped many students learn how to confidently speak their authentic truth and magnetize audiences around their message.

On September 1, 2018, I fell madly in love with my gorgeous, fun-loving, genius, sustainable real estate-loving queen named Kelly Krezek. As we learned more about each other and our shared interests, we realized that we had the same mission in life - to create a world where all are free to live their purpose. So as we traveled the world together visiting ecovillages, I helped structure her genius into a regenerative real estate development company called New Earth Development, which has now provided development services ranging from pre-development planning to project management for 17 sustainable land projects across the world.

In 2022, Kelly—my radiant, powerhouse wife—was burning out, repeating the same sales pitch over and over. I vowed to free her. After months of trial, I built a webinar funnel that generated $130K+ and gave her peace. I began helping friends and colleagues implement a step-by-step framework to delegate, automate and scale... But Kelly’s passion for regenerative communities opened my eyes to something greater: the power of community. In 2024, we launched the Eco Development Mastermind—and after watching the magic of founders connecting from around the world, I felt called to help leaders build scalable membership communities of their own. Growth Mastery was born to help founders scale their message and movement through viral marketing and scalable digital offerings.
